Their feedback really surprised us: none of them was 100% satisfied with their digitalisation process, nor their digital marketing tools. They all thought there was room for improvement.
They highlighted many problems which can be summarized in two: they weren't getting the results they wanted and their technologies did not fulfil their needs.
We saw an opportunity to create a totally different firm that could solve this problems.
